Fit Kick!

Kick Boxing
Friday, October 12 @ 6 p.m.
You can’t beat kickboxing for an intense, fast-burning, muscle toning, FUN workout. Get in shape with easy to follow combination moves, while making contact with paddles. Wear comfortable clothing and gym shoes. A certified instructor from the Orland Park Sportsplex will lead this class. No registration necessary, but space is limited.
