Real Life Mario and Luigi??

Super Mario video turns city streets

into a classic game

The men beneath the mustaches, stunt artists Christian Russell and Ronnie Shalvis, snag coins, hit bricks, and torch Goombas as they flip off walls and run amuck to the strains of a metal version of the Super Mario Bros. theme song. With over a million and a half views in less than a week, the pair may well be collecting a few real-world coins, too.

MTV Video Music Awards 2013

With her provocative performance, Miley Cyrus was the hot topic at Sunday night's VMA show: Cyrus eclipsed Lady Gaga's opening performance of her new single, Katy Perry's closing rendition of her latest hit and Kanye West's artsy set. The 20-year-old even grabbed more attention than Justin Timberlake's performance with his 'N Sync band mates.

Lady Gaga
Timberlake earned three awards, including video of the year and best male video for "Mirrors." Days ahead of the VMAs, his rumored reunion with 'N Sync dominated headlines, and he and his former band mates delivered at the awards show.

Love Optical Illusions!

Follow the instructions below  this image.  Explanation follows...

Grid

As you move your eyes around the image, dark dots quickly appear and disappear at the intersections. However, whenever you look directly on any intersection, the dark dots vanish

The original version of this illusion was first reported by German physiologist Ludimar Hermann in 1870, and simply involves a white grid on a black background. As you move your eyes around the image, dark dots quickly appear and disappear at the intersections. However, whenever you look directly on any intersection, the dark dots vanish. For years it was widely believed that the illusion worked because of 'lateral inhibition' - the term used to describe the complex way in which the cells on the back of the retina respond to areas of black and white. There is, however, little point in explaining the theory. Why? Because a few years ago it was shown to be completely untrue, and thus the explanation for the illusion remains a mystery...

Fans of Glee-Listen Up!

According to TV Guide online Today's News by reporter Liz Rafferty

Demi Lovato is heading to Glee for Season 5

The X Factor judge is close to finalizing a deal to join the Fox series for a "significant arc," TVLine reports. She'll play Dani, a struggling artist friend of Rachel (Lea Michele) and Santana's (Naya Rivera) in New York City, according to the report. Her character is set to be introduced in early October and will stick around for at least six episodes.

Lovato isn't the only big name to sign on to the series. Adam Lambert is also coming on board, and TVLine reports that the two singers will have "several musical numbers together."

Glee's Season 5 premiere airs
Thursday, Sept. 26 at 9/8c

Greatest Summer Song of All Time!

For the past month, Y! Music has been running a mega-poll to determine the Greatest Summer Song Of All Time.
After four exhaustive rounds and tens of thousands of votes, our readers have determined that The Beach Boys's "Surfin' U.S.A" takes the crown for the slice of rock and roll that sounds the best when barbecuing on the deck, sunbathing by the pool or surfing in the deep blue sea.
In other words, it's the tune with the hooks, subject matter and history that best represent summer.
"Surfin' U.S.A." beat out summer mainstays past and present, including this year's "Blurred Lines" by Robin Thicke, last year's "Call Me Maybe" by Carley Rae Jepsen and yesteryear's summer jams like "Vacation" by The Go-Go's, "Summer Nights" from the 'Grease' soundtrack, and runner-up "Margaritaville" by Jimmy Buffett.
