Star Wars Anime fan???

You might enjoy this!

By Mike Krumboltz, Yahoo! Buzzlog
Star Wars. Ever hear of it? The film/comic/game/toy franchise is well (maybe too well) represented across the galaxy. The Jabba's share of those products are officially licensed. But every once a while, an independent artist will use the Force to create something rad just for the sake of doing it.
Enter animator Paul Michael Johnson. Johnson, who goes by the handle Otaking77077 online, is working on his own bit of Star Wars-inspired anime. Though he's quick to point out that the work is not (repeat, not) finished, what he has so far is awesome enough to make even Han Solo geek out.
There is a two-minute clip making its way around the Web at light speed, and it's easy to see why. The attention to detail. The classic anime style. The fact that one guy is putting this together. It's almost cool enough to make us forget about Jar Jar. Almost.

Fan of Angry Birds?

Coming Soon...

Flight is no longer just for "the birds".
Yahoo! Games has the exclusive scoop on the gameplay in Bad Piggies, the next chapter in the Angry Birds saga. This time around, you'll play as the antagonistic porkers, but not by mercilessly flinging them at walls.
Instead, Bad Piggies takes a page from game maker Rovio's other recent hit, Amazing Alex, by letting players build curious contraptions for the pigs as they set out to steal more of those delicious eggs. You'll craft all sorts of shoddy vehicles, from rickety flying machines to creaky jalopies, and then steer your hunk of junk through winding courses as you try to "three-star" the levels.
While building vehicles might sound a lot more complicated than the simple flinging action in Angry Birds, an intuitive blueprint mode lets you drag and drop parts quickly and easily. Wil E. Coyote would be green with envy.
Check out the debut gameplay trailer exclusively on Yahoo! Games to see the swine in action!   Yahoo! News

Going to see a Movie this weekend?

10 Years follows a group of friends on the night of their high school reunion who, a decade later, still haven't quite grown up.

Jake is deeply in love with his girlfriend and ready to propose - until he runs into his high school flame for the first time in years. Jake's friend Cully married his cheerleader girlfriend, and has been looking forward to the reunion so he can finally apologize to all the classmates he bullied in high school. However, after a few too many drinks, the jock-turned-family man ends up reverting back to his old ways instead. Meanwhile, longtime rivals Marty and A.J spend the night picking up right where they left off, vying to impress the hottest girl in class. The famous one of the group, Reeves is now a rock star, but is still too shy to talk to his high school crush.
starring Channing Tatum, Kate Mara, Brian Geraghty, Chris Pratt, Oscar Isaac, and Jenna Dewan-Tatum.     Rated PG-13.  Comedy, Drama

Do You Really Want to Know the Truth

Are YOU Lovin' It?

McDonald's restaurants in the U.S. will soon get a new menu addition: The number of calories in the chain's burgers and fries.
The world's biggest hamburger chain said Wednesday that it will post calorie information on restaurant and drive-thru menus nationwide starting Monday. The move comes ahead of a regulation that could require major chains to post the information as early as next year.
"We want to voluntarily do this," said Jan Fields, president of McDonald's USA. "We believe it will help educate customers."
McDonald's is also testing healthier options for next year, such as an Egg McMuffin made with egg whites and a whole grain muffin. The sandwich has Canadian bacon and white cheddar cheese and clocks in at 260 calories. It will be called the Egg White Delight.
The chain is also testing versions of the McWrap, which is a bigger version of its chicken Snack Wrap that is already sold in Europe. The wraps have sliced cucumbers and range from 350 calories to 580 calories.

Would knowing the calorie count of a fast food item change your mind about ordering it?
